The AFL Outer East has released the 2021 Totally Workwear Berwick & Knoxfield Premier Division football and netball fixtures.
The 18-round, nine-team football and eight-team netball competition will kick off on Saturday, April 17, with a stand-alone game (Round 4) between Narre Warren and Olinda Ferny Creek, where Narre Warren will unveil its 2019 Premier Division Premiership flag.
Round 1 will officially commence on Anzac Day Weekend, with Olinda Ferny Creek set to unfurl its 2019 A Grade Premiership Flag against Upwey Tecoma.
Doveton will also unveil its 2019 Division 1 Premiership Flag in Round 1 when it comes up against Wandin.
Wandin will have its new facilities on full display in Round 2 for its first home game of the year, facing traditional rival Woori Yallock.
Cranbourne will also open its new ground and facilities in Round 2 when it plays Beaconsfield. Pakenham will be undergoing facility upgrades during the first half of the season.
Each club’s open netball sides will play Berwick when their football team has a bye, while Berwick will play its traditional “Battle of the Creek” netball match v Beaconsfield in Round 4.
Premier Division finals will commence on Saturday, September 4, with the Grand Final set to be played on Friday, September 24, subject to the AFL Grand Final being on Saturday, September 25.
